Pancake Muffins

Even in the Summer while the kids are out of school I still have so little time (and desire) to wake up and make them a big breakfast. I've been looking for fun and easy things to make on those busy mornings. This recipe is quick, simple, and great because the kids also love to get involved.

For this recipe you will need:
Premix pancake batter, I used bisquick but you can use any brand.
Just follow the directs for pancake batter.

For toppings we used:
Carmel
sprinkles
Chocolate chips

Other options for toppings:
Bacon
Fresh berries
Jam or jelly

Once the batter was mixed, I sprayed my muffin tins and preheated the oven to 350F.
They take about 10-12 minutes to bake.

Dip them in maple syrup or butter them up! Easy for me and the kids approved.
Send me your creative topping ideas that you came up with!
